Lesley is a proud Boise, Idaho native with adventure in her DNA, literally. She comes from a family of hot air balloon pilots, which explains her lifelong instinct to rise above the ordinary and explore new horizons. Whether she’s traveling to a new destination or skiing Idaho’s slopes with her family, Lesley is most energized when she’s in motion and discovering something new.

 

As Stinker’s Vice President of People & Culture, Lesley brings a fresh, untraditional approach to her role. She’s passionate about creating workplaces where employees feel genuinely valued, supported, and inspired to grow. Known for her curiosity, humor, and willingness to try bold new ideas, she helps steer Stinker’s culture forward with heart, energy, and a spirit of adventure.
