Shipping Policy

At Stinker, we’re committed to getting your favorite gear, snacks, and goodies delivered quickly and reliably—no unnecessary runaround. (Well, maybe just a dash of our signature mischief.) Whether you're loading up on merch or grabbing some must-have items, rest assured we treat every shipment with the same care and urgency as Pete treats his beloved snack breaks—which is to say, very seriously.

 

1. Third Party Delivery Services (Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub)

Availability varies by location, and customers can check their preferred app to confirm whether their local Stinker store is listed. All orders, payments, and delivery tracking are handled directly through the chosen app. Delivery times, fees, and pricing are determined by the platform and may differ from in-store pricing. If issues arise with a delivery order—such as items missing, incorrect, or delayed—customers should contact the delivery service provider directly, as Stinker is not able to issue adjustments or refunds for third-party delivery transactions.

2. Stinker Merchandise (Stryder)

All orders placed through our official store are processed within two to three business days, excluding holidays. Custom items will be offically process within seven to fourteen business days. Standard shipping generally arrives within five to seven business days, and expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the order’s weight, size, and destination. At this time, merchandise orders can only be shipped within the United States. Once an order ships, customers receive a tracking number to follow its progress. In some cases, items may arrive in multiple packages if an order includes products fulfilled both by Stinker and our trusted partners.

 

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. We’re big fans of Alaska and Hawaii, but for now, we’re sticking to the lower 48 as we fine-tune our delivery game. Stay tuned—we hope to expand our reach in the future!

 

4. Free Shipping

Who doesn’t love free shipping? We’re proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. So go ahead—fill that cart and treat yourself. It’s our little way of saying thanks for shopping with us.

 

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. You’ll know where it is every step of the way—just like Pete knows where every corn dog in a 10-mile radius is at all times.

 

6. Lost or Late Packages

If your order seems to have gone off the grid or is taking longer than expected to arrive, don’t worry—we’re on it. Reach out to our support team at support@stinker.com, and we’ll dig into the issue faster than Pete dives into a dumpster. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

 

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges apply to merchandise orders only. Customers may return unworn, unused, or defective items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been inspected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
