At Stinker, we take pride in the quality of our snacks, gear, and goodies. We want you to love what you ordered—but if something’s off, we’re here to help make it right. We’ve made our return process simple and straightforward, because nobody has time for a complicated stink.

1. Easy Returns, No Fuss
If you made a purchase through our website and the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition (still lookin’ fresh—like Polecat Pete after a mud bath), you’re eligible for a return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible so you can get back to the good stuff.

2. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, just email us at support@stinker.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re sending the item back. If the return qualifies, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Pack it up, drop it in the mail, and once we receive it, we’ll get to work on your refund—faster than Pete can inhale a corn dog at a fair.

3. Refund Details
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once we’ve received your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to inspect and process the refund. Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. (If we goofed, we’ll own it.)

4. Items We Can’t Take Back
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food or beverages. We also do not offer returns or exchanges on gift cards or final sale items. Items marked as “Final Sale” will be clearly identified at the time of purchase, so there are no surprises.

5. Received the Wrong Item or Something Damaged?
Mistakes happen—even Pete slips up once in a while. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at support@stinker.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right, no stink about it.
