Sandy Nave was born in Boise and raised in Yellow Pine, which is 150 miles north of Boise. She attended high school in McCall where she was a track star and played powder puff football. Sandy has also played softball most of her life and was invited to Nationals where her team took 25th in the 80’s. She enjoys hunting, fishing and camping and since taking up archery 7 years ago, has harvested 4 elk. Watch out guys!

Sandy currently lives in Boise with her husband Jack. She has 3 children and Jack has two, so combined they have 5 kids and 11 grandchildren – 2 boys and 9 girls. Sandy said she is very proud of her children and pleased with the wonderful people they turned out to be.

Sandy has worked for Stinker for 6 years this July. She managed Stinker Ustick #59 until recently when she was promoted to the new Retail Territory Manager (RTM) in charge of 12 stores in the Boise and Nampa area. What a great accomplishment! Sandy loves coming to work every day and said one of the funniest things was the Shawn Davis look alike that shops at Ustick. Her employees thought he was the real Shawn for about a month before she told them. They were on their best behavior! It was fun! When asked, what your greatest ambition is, she said, “Work hard and make a difference. Play hard and spend as much time with the children and grandchildren as possible”. Sandy said she really loves her job and Stinker. She enjoys training and mentoring others. Her advice to a new employee is to work hard, have fun, love your co-workers, love your customers and the sky is the limit. We can be and do anything we aspire to do! Thanks for all your hard work Sandy and congratulations on your promotion!
