In 2002 the Lind and Johnson families decided to retire and sell their family business. In November of that year, Local Boise businessman Charley Jones and long term Stinker employee Shawn Davis decided to form a partnership and purchase the Stinker Stores and related business interests of the Farris Lind family. WestPoint Transportation and Arrowrock Supply are affiliated businesses owned and managed by Stinker.

Since the November 2002 purchase, Stinker has closed some underperforming stores, and has acquired or built over 15 new sites, bringing the total to over 50 retail operations. The company is continually looking to expand its retail presence.

Stinker markets food, convenience items and “Eco-friendly” Green fuels, such as Bio Diesel, E-85 and E-10 ethanol blended gas. This is a natural progression for a company that has been marketing (Ten percent ethanol blended fuel) for over twenty five years.
